The Range 2 is XDR’s original catwalk — the patented telescopic tele-boom design that crews have been deploying alongside XDR rigs for years. It remains in the line for operators who want a proven, simpler footprint, particularly where the well plan doesn’t need the fully integrated Xenon experience of the Range 3.
