A leading indicator of rollover risk.

Lateral centre-of-gravity is a leading indicator of rollover; subsidence, side loading and wind moments all show up there before any other symptom. IntelliBeam — XDR's patented system — puts that signal on the operator's HMI and ties safety stops directly to it.

  • Continuous lateral centre-of-gravity tracking — ball drifts on a live stability slider.
  • Load-sensing pads beneath every rear jack leg feed the PLC with compressive jack reactions.
  • Normal · Caution · Do Not Go Further — colour-coded boundaries with early audible warnings.
  • Exceed a threshold and the PLC engages slips and commands drawworks to stop and lower.
  • Lateral wind moment is absorbed directly into jack-reaction values — no manual adjustment.
